Alaskan Cruise

Day 1: Begin our adventure landing in Seattle. Check in and board the Crown Princess cruise ship. Depart at 4:00pm. Enjoy a fabulous dinner on board. Take in a show or watch the stars under an endless sky.
Day 2: Celebrate Holy Mass At Sea. Start exploring all the amenities, food and entertainment offered on the ship. Get used to being pampered and just relaxing! Use your medallion app to order a beverage by the pool or soak in the hot tub under the glass dome so the tempature is perfect every day. Lots of enterainment options such as movies under the stars, casino games, music & dancing, and world class entertainment.
Day 3: Arrive in Juneau, the capital of Alaska. Famous for its gold mines (one of the 3 largest in the world) along with its breathtaking views of mountains and water. View the Mendenhall Glacier Visitors Center, stop by the famous Red Dog Saloon, or hike the area.
Day 4: Arrive in Skagway, the gateway to the Klondike. Once a booming gold rush town and known for being the “roughest place in the world.” Today, it’s a small tourist destination. Take a walk in the historic district on Broadway Avenue and make sure to take a picture of one of the most photographed buildings in Alaska, the Artic Brotherhood Hall covered back in 1899 with 8,833 pieces of driftwood.
Day 5: Head west and arrive at Glacier Bay National Park at 6:00am. See some of the world's most spectacular tidewater glaciers, like Margerie Glacier, which often drops colossal chunks of ice into the sea. This area is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hear from Park Rangers who will join the ship to share their knowledge of the amazing area. Look for Glacier Bay's abundant wildlife, including humpback whales, sea otters, porpoises, harbor seals, black bears, mountain goats, bald eagles and seabirds. This is an unforgettable day of sailing through this extraordinary park, where you'll float along crystalline waters and massive icebergs while taking in Alaskan fresh air.
Day 6: Arrive in Ketchikan at 7:00am. Enjoy the scenic island town of Ketchikan, Alaska’s fourth-largest city. The goldrush era helped to grow this area in the early 1900s along with the fishing and timber industries. Wander around the historic boardwalk on Creek Street taking in the sites, shopping or visiting Dolly’s House museum. See the world's oldest collection of totem poles at Totem Heritage Center and the beautiful heritage of the Haida, Tlingit and Tsimshian tribal history. The Misty Fjords National Monument is nearby boasting a 1,000 foot waterfall.
Day 7: Spend the day heading towards Victoria, Canada. Take advantage of all the onboard amenities such as the spa, pools, shopping, sports courts, or art galleries. Arrive at 7:00pm in this beautiful port city that has that old world charm feel. Spend a short but delightful visit in Victoria, known for its stunning gardens and striking homes.
Day 8: Arrive in Seattle at 7:00am and leave for the airport after breakfast. Travel home with wonderful memories of Alaska.
